Richard Jones' appointment enhances strength of technology strategy and vision as part of the Advisory Board and will be working with CEO Armie Carabet and the ClickN KIDS Board of Directors.

  ClickN KIDS, Inc. today announced that Mr. Richard K. Jones has  accepted an Advisory position. Mr. Jones has demonstrated leadership and  success as a top executive managing thousands of employees and hundred  million dollar budgets.  He has been responsible for technology focused  strategic planning, engineering, security and risk management as well as  new product development.
Said Mr. Jones, “I look forward to working with ClickN KIDS, and applying my knowledge to the Education sector. Mr. Jones is the former CIO (Chief Information Officer) at  Countrywide Financial Corporation where he managed an Expense Budget of  $600M and Capital Budget of $500M.  He managed over 4,000 technical  professionals.  Mr. Jones also introduced and developed several key  products and technologies at Countrywide, including automated  underwriting and appraisal systems, Call Center technologies, Document  Management systems, and server and storage management systems.  He also  implemented, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Dashboard  reporting systems.
Most recently, Mr. Jones was the CIO for Fiserv, Inc., reporting directly to the CEO with responsibility for global technology infrastructure and product development to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s dispersed technology resources. He managed an operational expense budget of $200M, and capital budget of $350M.
